What is Educational Excellence Coaching?
Completing a PhD can be one of the hardest experiences of your life! As a working PhD Candidate, you need to identify and work in your motivated strengths to EXCEL at ALL STAGES of completing your dissertation! I not only completed my dissertation but I’ve also coached multiple scholars to dissertation completion by developing and sharing appropriate services and strategies to guide scholars through EXCELLENCE!
Snapshot of my personal educational & career excellence:
I am a scientist turn policy researcher/evaluator currently employed as an Education Data Scientist with a federal scientific funding agency.
As the recipient of academic and research support from various government and professional organizations (NASA, NSF, NIH, GEM, and SREB), I am often invited to universities and conferences to conduct funding training for undergraduate and graduate students. I am currently an Associate Editor for the Understanding Interventions Journal as well as involved in the American Evaluation Association (AEA), the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM), and the American Educational Research Association (AERA). I also participated in programs such as AEA’s Graduate Education and Diversity Internship as well as often present research at national conferences for these organizations.
